Brow Lamination Aftercare

For the first 48-hrs following your Brow Lamination treatment, DO NOT:
​
1- Wet, wash or scrub your eyebrows for the first 48hrs
2- Apply any creams or oils around the eyebrow area.
3- Steam/steamy showers, sauna, swimming or sweat excessively, any excess moisture can cause a slight curl/frizz to the brow hair.
4- Avoid applying brow make-up or undertake eye treatments for the first 48hrs
5- No prolonged exposure to direct sunlight heat for 48hrs.
6- No self-tanning products used on face 48hrs after treatment.
7- No Retin-A, AHA or exfoliate around the brow area for 72 hrs after your brow treatment.

1- What is Brow Lamination?
Brow Lamination works in a similar way as a lash lift. It is a semi-permanent brow trend that involves straightening the brow hairs,
creating them to stand in the desired direction.

This is a great treatment to help fill in areas of sparseness by brushing the hairs into those areas, covering them up and

Brow lamination lasts 4-6 wks generally, with proper care allowing the brow treatment to last as long as 8 weeks.

6- How often can I have a Brow Lamination?
You can repeat the treatment after a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks or until your brow hairs grow back into its natural shape.

8- How long before or after Microblading treatment can I do a Brow Lamination?
It is recommended receiving Brow Lamination either a few days before or 8-12 weeks following your Microblading touch-up before getting laminated.
9- What happens if you wet your brows after lamination?
This is the most important thing you do after getting the lamination treatment! If you get your brows wet after the process, your brows don't have the chance to set and the style won't last long. It is extremely important to follow the aftercare instructions provided in the brow lamination section.
10-Can you work out after brow lamination?
Avoid getting your brows wet for 48 hrs, so be sure to schedule your brow lamination so you can avoid showering and exercising.
11- How do you sleep after eyebrow lamination?
No touching brow area for 48 hrs. Do not sleep on your face/sides for the first two nights (48 hours).

12- How do you clean eyebrows after lamination?
After waiting the 48 hrs required before wetting the brows, It is recommended to brush them up and through with a nourishing brow oil provided by your technician to help them stay hydrated.
13- Do your eyebrows go back to normal after lamination?
In 4-8 weeks they will go back to normal and you will still be able to comb them in the way you want during that time.
